Welcome to No Ad Web! We're ready to help you get your web site up and running as quickly and easily as possible. This page provides an overview of the steps you'll need to take to publish your web site on No Ad Web.

Step 1: Sign Up for a No Ad Web Hosting Account

To begin, sign up for your hosting account with No Ad Web. Signing up is easy -- pick your package, choose from our optional features, and submit your contact information. You'll be finished in minutes.

Step 2: Register Your Domain

When you register with No Ad Web, you'll automatically get a free sub-domain name (mycompany.noadweb.net) and it should become accessible within an hour of enabling your account. You can also optionally choose to host a customer domain (www.mycompany.com) with No Ad Web. This can be done during the registration process or anytime after you have signed up for a No Ad Web account. Learn more about domain names here.

Step 3: Build Your Website

To build your Web site, you can write your own HTML or use an HTML editor/web publishing program such as Microsoft FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive, or SiteStudio. Don't forget to check out our easy-to-use SiteStudio -- no HTML or FTP knowledge required.

Step 4: Upload Your Web Site to No Ad Web

After you've created your Web pages, you'll need to upload them to your No Ad Web account so we can publish your website.

To upload your web pages, you have two options:

  • Use an FTP client application such as WS_FTP or cuteFTP (for Windows users) or Fetch (for Macintosh users).

  • Use a publishing editors with built in FTP capabilities. This means that you don't have to use a separate web-authoring client and a separate FTP client. In other words, both components come packaged together.

Step 5: View Your Web Site

After you've uploaded your index.html file to your main directory you can view your website by going to your web address though the browser of your choice.
